Exclusive use Birthday Parties
One of the great things about “Tiny Tykes Play” is that, when you book an “exclusive use party”, your booking gives exclusive use of the entire Tiny Tykes venue for you and your guests. For the entire duration of the party, you have full use of all the facilities in Tiny Tykes with space for up to 30 children plus accompanying adults.
You will be provided with a copy of our party planning guide, supported and assisted by a party host throughout who will help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Parties are self-catered giving you the chance to provide your own food.
Alternatively, you can choose from one of our great value set menus starting at £ 4.50 per head or even use outside professional caterers. Our party menu options are:

Each party slot lasts 1.5 hrs with access available 15 minutes beforehand to bring in catering etc.
Our range of pre-bookable optional extras including:
- Unlimited Hot Drinks Package – You guests can enjoy unlimited hot drinks throughout the party from our entire range of specialty tea or coffee served by your party host.
- Unlimited Self-Service Tea & Coffee – Your guests can access unlimited tea and coffee (instant) from the self-service drinks area.
- Party Bags – Our great value prefilled party bags contain a colouring book, pack of crayons. Bubbles, small novelty (toy), noisy blower and a pack of Haribo sweets. Some contents may not be suitable for children under 36months)
- Adult Snack Platter – Our Adult Snack Platter contains a range of sandwiches (Ham, Egg Mayonnaise and Chedder Cheese) along with savoury snacks (Sausage Rolls, Cocktail Sausages Quiche and Pork Pie). Each snack platter is intended to serve 10 guests.
You can also book a two slot and have exclusive use of the venue for 3.5 hrs (please ensure you make two separate bookings on back-to-back slots)
Use our booking calendar at the top of the page to see if you the date and venue is free, then secure it by paying the deposit of £45 online. The remaining balance is payable on the day, along with any extras you have chosen.
Slots sell out quickly, so we advise booking well ahead of time to ensure your chosen time is free.
Non-Exclusive use Birthday Parties
Our “Non-Exclusive use parties are a fantastic option for smaller parties. These parties are held during any of our public sessions, but your party will have exclusive use of the party room throughout the session. The price of the Non-exclusive party is just £95 for up to 8 children including catering and unlimited fruit squash. Additional children up to a maximum of 20 can be added at a cost of £11 per head.
Catering for the children is included in the price of our non-exclusive parties, making them a great affordable option for parties of 8 to 20 children. Simply choose any one of our set menus listed below.
